We were pleasantly surprised to find 2 bottles of water waiting for us in the room. The location of the hotel in the center of the city was very convenient, and we were able to explore easily. Lady Ying at the reception was truly exceptional. Her perfect English and warm, helpful nature made our stay even more enjoyable. She went out of her way to assist us with anything we needed and always had a smile on her face.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was great! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always available when we needed them. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We loved having a fridge and AC in the room, and the beds were very comfortable too. the location was perfect for us. We were close to the beach and had easy access to the town center. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and included in the room rate!

Good location, as it was at a walking distance from the market and convenience stores, making it convenient for buying things we needed. We particularly enjoyed the simple breakfast that was included.

Additionally, the room had no curtains which made it difficult to sleep in past sunrise. while the hotel provided some basic amenities, the uncleanliness of the room detracted from our overall experience.
